Melany Valderrama is the founder of Digistro, a practice dedicated to making innovation accessible, practical, and people-first. With over 15 years of experience in digital strategy, UX design, and team development, she works with students, small businesses, corporate teams, and conference audiences to build the skills and systems they need to grow.

Through Digistro, Melany facilitates workshops, keynotes, and panel discussions on design thinking, digital transformation, and emerging technology; alongside 1:1 coaching and live courses. She also serves as a Design Innovation instructor and career coach at The Idea Center at Miami-Dade College. Her approach is hands-on, collaborative, and grounded in real-world application.
