Melany Valderrama is the founder of Digistro, a practice dedicated to making innovation accessible, practical, and people-first. With over 15 years of experience in digital strategy, UX design, and team development, she works with students, small businesses, corporate teams, and conference audiences to build the skills and systems they need to grow.

Through Digistro, Melany facilitates workshops, keynotes, and panel discussions on design thinking, digital transformation, and emerging technology; alongside 1:1 coaching and live courses. She also serves as a Design Innovation instructor and career coach at The Idea Center at Miami-Dade College. Her approach is hands-on, collaborative, and grounded in real-world application.

Lately we've been spending a lot of time at the intersection of AI and design thinking, coaching student teams through a federal AI initiative, and building inside Miami Dade College's iOS development program with Apple. Both threads feed our two-track practice: working with colleges on AI-literate programs, and with businesses on AI integration that ships.
